Good Restaurant. Friendly Service and great food. My only thing I would change is the portions. They tend to be small for all the rice dishes. I think they should add more meat in all of them instead of me having to pay 3 dollars extra for extra meat.
The menu is robust, there are multiple options for spring roll fillings, and the bun is excellent, with perfectly seasoned meats. The seating is a little crowded, but the tables are beautiful. The restaurant seems very clean for a little lunch spot, too!
The wait-staff is always friendly but the food is pretty uninspired. I have ordered the "special" pho twice and it was fine but there are far better pho restaurants in the Tampa area. The meals my coworkers ordered seemed about the same, adequate but nothing special. It's good enough for a workday lunch but I wouldn't recommend it for any other occasion.
